Return & Refund Policy
At M.Society, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a positive shopping experience. As a small, independent brand, we kindly ask our customers to review the following return and refund guidelines before making a purchase.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in new condition, unworn (other than trying on), unwashed, and unaltered.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and included.
- The item must show no signs of wear, odor, or damage (e.g., stains, pet hair, fragrance, etc.).
- Proof of purchase (order number and email) must be verifiable.
Returns due to change of mind are allowed only once per customer, and shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- More than 15 days have passed since delivery.
- Tags, labels, or packaging are missing or damaged.
- The item shows any signs of wear, wash, alteration, or odor.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE, Mystery Box, or No Returns.
- Items returned without prior approval.
Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are permitted once per item, only for the same product in a different size (if available). Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
- In the case of a defective product, the item will be exchanged for the same item at no additional cost, including shipping.
Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect on your account.
- For returns due to change of mind, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at tricia@mischiefintl.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photo(s) of the item, if necessary
You will receive instructions along with the return address upon approval. Please ensure that all return shipments are sent with a trackable shipping method to avoid loss or delay. We do not accept any C.O.D. deliveries.
Important Notices
- M.Society is not responsible for any incorrect or unrelated items mistakenly sent to us. Such items may be discarded or donated without notice.
- If the returned item fails to meet the return requirements, it may be rejected and either sent back at the customer’s expense or responsibly disposed of.
